The Set Up
- The ideal water temperature is 195-205 ℉
- Pro Tip: No thermometer? No problem. Simply bring water to boil, then remove from heat and wait 30 seconds before starting your pour.
- Tear open the foil pouch packet and remove the pouch
- Gently tap the top of the pouch to move the grounds below the perforation and prevent spillage.
- Pinch filter below the perforation and tear along the lines.
